How To Check PF Claim Status Process:
This facility is for the members of the Employees Provident Fund who have submitted a claim in any EPFO office across the country. Using this feature, one can track the status of a submitted claim. The only condition is that you have to provide your provident fund account number and PF office to check the status of your claim. A guide is also provided to avail of the facility.
How to Check the Claim Status for Provident Fund?
The status of the PF claim can be verified in various ways.
- PF Through Unified Member Portal
- PF Claim status via the Umang App
- PF Passbook & Claim Status Member Portal
Employees can check the status of their PF claim on the unified member portal by following these few simple steps.
A. PF Passbook & Claim Status Member Portal
- Visit EPFO’s official Passbook.epfindia.gov.in.
- Log in to your UAN Member Portal by entering your UAN and password.
- Please select at least one member ID. and Click on ‘View Claim Status’.

B. PF Through Unified Member Portal
- Visit EPFO’s official unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in
- Log in to your UAN Member Portal by entering your UAN and password.
- Click on the option ‘Online Services’.
- Click on ‘Track Claim Status’.
- The entire details of your withdrawal or transfer status would appear on the screen.
C. PF Claim status via the Umang App
- Download the UMANG app
- Go to the search menu and look for EPFO
- Choose ‘Employee Centric’, click ‘Track Claim’ and enter EPF UAN number
- Enter UAN and click on ‘Get OTP’.
- Enter the OTP generated to verify and click on the ‘Login’ option.
